Gather & Graze was founded in 2021 with a simple mission: bring people together over thoughtfully sourced, beautifully prepared food. What began as a charcuterie business during COVID has grown into a full-service charcuterie and comfort food truck serving Albany and the Capital Region, NY.
We specialize in locally sourced charcuterie boards, portable party packs, grazing tables, grilled classics, and event catering designed to feel elevated — but never complicated.

Our journey began with handcrafted charcuterie boards made using ingredients from local farms, dairies, and small businesses throughout Upstate New York. As demand grew, so did our vision.
Today, our mobile food truck allows us to provide charcuterie catering and comfort food catering for corporate events, weddings, sports tournaments, and private celebrations throughout Albany, Saratoga Springs, Troy, Schenectady, and Utica.
We’ve reimagined premium local flavors into portable charcuterie packs, melty grilled cheese, artisan pretzels, and crowd favorites — while keeping our commitment to supporting neighboring businesses at the center of everything we do.
